A new multi-unit development overlooking the Brisbane river just below the Story Bridge with basement and car stackers.

Early works included the relocation of an existing combined sewer drain and once established on-site FML has been engaged to deliver the hydraulic services package. Our scope included fire service hydrants and pumps, minor sprinkler service, plumbing and drainage. There will also be a sewer main new connection and water main connecting to QUU infrastructure.
