Wiley – Griffin State School Stage 3A, 3B and 4

our newest D&C project boasts 3 new school building spread across the existing school grounds which means careful consideration and planning works including scheduling deliveries to suit the school hours particularly around drop off and pickup.

The new buildings include new GLA’s across multiple levels on 3 work fronts with under croft carpark and a new teachers carpark to be constructed including civil drainage. New fire hydrant reticulation including bluebrute main, dual pillar hydrants and rolled groove reticulation within the buildings servicing single pillar hydrants add to the complexity of the sanitary drainage, roofwater drainage and water reticulation required to service the new buildings.
